There's no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may require additional verification as part of our responsible gaming and security protocols.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly. As soon as the transaction is confirmed on the mobile payment side, the funds appear in your Crekex wallet — usually within a few seconds. If a deposit hasn't appeared after five minutes, check that the transaction was completed successfully on your bKash or Nagad app, then contact support with the transaction reference number.

If your connection drops during an active game round, the round result is still recorded on the Crekex server.
